In 2026 we transitioned our Prize Raffling System from SureTip pull tabs to a Numbered Chip System. This gives us the flexibility to keep the raffles moving along at a faster pace, as we do not have to sell out the entire number of chances on a raffle to guarantee a winner, as only the numbered chips sold are in the hopper, when the winning chip is drawn. BVFD CHIP SYSTEM RULES & REGULATIONS
- If prize is not claimed within 90 days the prize becomes property of the Bauerstown VFD.
- The winner is responsible for shipping costs if they are unable to pick up prize locally.
- Must be at least 18 years old to Claim the Prize.
- If sales slowdown or cease, Bauerstown VFD reserves the right to: 1.) refund all sales 2) sell smaller raffle bundles to finish off the main raffle 3.) pull a winner even if we don’t sell out all the numbers. There will be a guaranteed winner drawn from the chips sold.
