About Us

Welcome to Bauerstown Station 259. We are a volunteer fire company established in 1912 in Shaler Township. We service roughly 2,200 residential buildings within our fire district with our 4 vehicle fleet. We are one of 6 volunteer fire companies protecting Shaler township. We are a non-profit, funded solely on Donations and Fund Raisers. Each firefighter is required to take 108 training hours per year. We also offer additional voluntary classes.
